Room in a shared flat

Bright room in a shared apartment in Dübendorf

In the 4-room apartment at Zeisigweg 4 in 8600 Dübendorf, a bright room is available.

The apartment features a kitchen with oven, stove and refrigerator/freezer compartment, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, built-in cupboards in the corridor, underfloor heating as well as two balconies.

A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment.

The monthly rental price is CHF 800.

The room is part of a shared apartment (WG). Kitchen, bathroom, living room and both balconies are used communally.

I am looking for a quiet, independent and uncomplicated person who treats the shared home with respect and consideration. Cleanliness, privacy and a pleasant, relaxed living atmosphere are important to me.

The apartment is smoke-free and pet-free.

Move-in possible by arrangement.
