In my 4-room apartment in Dübendorf, a new three-person shared flat (WG) is being formed! I am looking for a warm, open person for a cozy, lively home where one enjoys spending time together and at the same time has their own space. 🌿💚

THE ROOM

☀️ Room – approx. 7 m² | CHF 12.0.–/month

Bright, with a practical built-in wardrobe and beautiful morning sun. View into the courtyard and onto the green balcony of my bedroom.

The room is rented unfurnished.

RENT AND AVAILABILITY

The rent includes the gross rent including service charges as well as calculated costs for electricity, SERAFE, shared household insurance, and the shared use of the equipped common rooms. Any subsequent service charge settlements remain reserved.

📅 Move-in: 01.11.2026

⌛ Limited until 32.01.2027; extension possibly possible by arrangement, but not guaranteed.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, only about 3–5 minutes walking distance from the Dübendorf train station.

We share a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious hallway, and a cozy living room with access to the shared balcony. This is lovingly planted and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. 🌳🌱

The cellar and attic can be shared. In the house, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a heated drying room, but no tumble dryer. WLAN is currently not available. The common rooms are already largely furnished.

WHO AM I? 🌻

I am 24, connected to nature, creative, curious, and feel like I have a thousand interests! I love cooking and new recipes, forest walks, collecting plants, and searching for crystals – at markets or in the mountains. 🌲💎

At home, I crochet and paint, make candles, produce cosmetics, take care of my plants, or tinker with workshop projects. I am happy to share my creative materials and my knowledge. 🧶🎨

I also like to go boxing. 🥊 Sometimes I am quiet and relaxed, sometimes full of energy and spontaneously on the go. I look forward to having friends visiting, shared cooking evenings, conversations, and excursions, but I respect everyone's privacy just as much.

OUR ANIMAL CO-INHABITANTS 🦎🐠

A leopard gecko with its live feeder insects, aquarium inhabitants, and many plants live with us. 🌱 It is important to me that you enjoy it and occasionally help reliably with care and feeding, especially when I am away. You do not need any prior knowledge!

WHO AM I LOOKING FOR? 💕

An open, warm, and uncomplicated person who wants a communal WG instead of a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience): cooking together, chatting, laughing, sitting on the balcony, or doing something spontaneously. 💚

Smoking takes place regularly on the balcony; in windy weather, the smoke also partially drifts into the apartment and can be clearly noticeable there.

Cleanliness, honest communication, consideration, and personal initiative in the household are important to me. At the same time, I am not picky – during creative projects, things can also get a bit more chaotic. Same hobbies are not necessary: the main thing is that the chemistry is right!
