Room in a shared flat

From 1 November, a room will become available in our bright 4-room apartment in Feldbach (8714).

The room is bright all day and has sun until the evening hours in summer. However, the real highlight of the apartment is definitely the view: Lake Zurich, mountains, Ufenau and Lützelau – and all this just 1 minute away from the Feldbach train station. By train, you are at Zürich HB in 30 minutes.

🏠 The apartment
The apartment is approx. 80 m² in size and is occupied as a 2-person shared apartment (WG). For shared use are:

• bright living room with dining area
• kitchen
• bathroom
• balcony
• private laundry room with washing machine & dryer
• cellar compartment
• parking space + garage for shared use

The rent is CHF 1'100.– per month including service charges.

👋 And who am I?
I am in my late 20s, work in gastronomy and am accordingly not necessarily the classic 9-to-5 person. 😄 I like being on the go, meeting friends, listening to and making music, I like cooking and am just as up for a drink on the balcony as for a cozy evening at home.
During the week I am mostly in the apartment, while from Thursday to Saturday I am frequently on the go. As a result, the apartment is also regularly a bit quieter or you have your space to yourself.
It is important to me that we don't just live next to each other, but have a relaxed and uncomplicated shared apartment. Cooking together, having a drink sometimes, chilling on the balcony or eating together is welcome – but of course all without compulsion. Everyone should also have their own personal space.

🧑🤝🧑 Who am I looking for?
Ideally a young, open and uncomplicated person, approximately between 20 and 30, who is interested in a pleasant 2-person shared apartment.
Most important to me are:

• cleanliness & order, without having to be pedantic
• independent thinking in the household
• consideration for each other and the neighborhood
• reliable rent payments
• an open and uncomplicated interaction with one another

As long as you coordinate and show consideration, I am up for many things.
