About us
We are two students from Italy studying at ETH Zürich and at the Universität Zürich (UZH).
We are uncomplicated, tidy and respectful and are looking for a person who fits well into a quiet and pleasant shared apartment.

We are looking for a student for a three-person shared apartment.
Move-in possible immediately or by arrangement.

• Room partially furnished as an option | + CHF 200.- / monthly
• Parking space in underground garage as an option | + CHF 175.- / monthly
• Deposit: 3 months' rent

Large room (the living room) with balcony (approx. 18 m²)

• Rent: CHF 1'250.– per month
• incl. service charges flat rate CHF 100.-
• excl. electricity, internet/TV, garbage bags
• Room partially furnished as an option | + CHF 200.- / monthly
• Parking space in underground garage as an option | + CHF 175.- / monthly
• Deposit: 3 months' rent

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Dietikon, which has been comprehensively renewed in recent years.
Shopping facilities:

• Coop and Denner in approx. 10 minutes on foot
• Aldi in approx. 15 to 20 minutes on foot
