Room in a shared flat

As of 1 December 2026, a room will become available in our shared flat at Pestalozzistrasse 18.

Since we expect to dissolve the shared flat in spring 2027, we are looking for someone for a fixed rental period until at least the end of April 2027. An exact end date is not yet fixed, but is expected to be in the spring/summer 2027 period.

The room

• Bright room with approx. 12 m²
• Wardrobe already present in the niche
• Available from 01.12.2026
• Rent: CHF 700.– per month incl. utilities

The apartment
The spacious duplex apartment extends over two floors and offers plenty of living space. A modern kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a beautiful terrace are available for shared use. The bathroom is shared between two people.

Who we are
We are an uncomplicated shared flat with two working professionals (27 (m) and 35 (w) years old). For us, independent living is the priority. Nevertheless, we appreciate friendly, respectful interaction and occasional exchange in everyday life.

Are you reliable, tidy, and looking for a cozy home for a few months? Then you could fit in well with us.
We look forward to your message and to getting to know you. An online viewing is also possible.
