I am looking for a successor starting from December for a beautiful apartment on the 5th floor in Via Sorengo 6 in Lugano.
The apartment is completely south-facing, therefore bright all day long, and has a panoramic view of Monte San Salvatore, Monte Generoso up to Monte Brè.
Move-in date 1 December. Rent and expenses:
The price is 1'580 CHF per month ALL INCLUDED (rent, expenses and a covered parking space!). There is only an annual adjustment of approximately 450 CHF (which can vary slightly based on heating consumption and the cost of fuel). Facade renovation work is planned, so the adjustment expenses should decrease.
Furnishing (Succession contingent on the purchase of the furniture):
The apartment is handed over furnished, a perfect solution if you are looking for a ready-to-use option without the stress of having to buy and assemble furniture!
The furniture is my property and includes:
Living area: a nice sofa, wall cabinets, chairs and a fantastic extendable table perfect for dinners with company (comfortably accommodates 10 to 13 people!).
Sleeping area: bed with practical storage compartment, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe with internal drawer unit.
