Room in a shared flat

As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, my 2 rooms in a pretty, quiet, modernly renovated 4-room apartment on Bachstrasse at the edge of the forest will become available. The rent for both rooms is 1035 CHF (incl. NK). The smaller room (7.2 m2) is integrated into the larger room (17.4 m2), both are bright and equipped with sockets and windows. The smaller room can be used superbly as an office, mini-gym, storage space, walk-in closet, hobby room, or also as a cozy bedroom/guest room. The apartment was renovated in 2021.
The Schweizerhof bus stop is 2min away and well connected to Aarau station (7 min).
Also with the bike, you can reach the station / the city of Aarau in 10min along Bachstrasse. You can reach Suhr station even faster by bus/bike/on foot. Commuting to Zürich or similar is therefore also practical.
500m away there are shopping facilities (Coop, Denner, pharmacy etc.). The forest is virtually at your doorstep and always invites you for a walk or sport. The garden can be used, for example, for sunbathing (Sünnele). Every autumn there are delicious grapes and other fruits / herbs!
Your roommate is doing a Master's at the Uni Bern, is a freelance flight attendant and teacher, a vegan and a water rat. She is rather extroverted, diversely interested, likes to cook and likes things very clean and cozy. She is also open to shared activities or visitors and looks forward to you contacting her.
