Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my beautiful shared flat room over the winter. The room is 13.5 m2 in size, the window faces the balcony towards a quiet courtyard, where you get plenty of morning sun :) Ideally from the beginning of December to the end of February, but I am flexible if another time would suit better.
The apartment is located in St. Johann near the St. Johann Bahnhof. A Coop is 2 minutes away and you can reach the Rhine and Joha Park on foot in 5-10 minutes. It is a 4-room apartment with a large living room and two balconies. We have a bathroom with shower and WC, an additional WC as well as our own washing machine.
About your roomies: Robin (25) and Fabrice (24) are both studying for their Bachelor's, enjoy cooking and look forward to spontaneous flat evenings or doing something together sometimes.
Feel free to write a few things about yourself, we look forward to getting to know you :) If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch!
