3 rooms apartment

Since I am moving out of our beautiful and cozy shared apartment (WG), my room is becoming available.

The old building apartment is located super centrally: it is a 10-minute walk to the train station, around 13 minutes on foot to the Uni, and you can reach the nearest Migros/Coop in just 2 minutes.

My room is approx. 13 m². Together we share a living room with a small balcony, the kitchen, which also has a small balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The rent for my room is 1050.– per month.

The room is available from 01.12.2026 to 31.01.2027. Since the apartment must be vacated after that, the rental is limited until 31.01.2027.

We are looking for a roommate between 20–30 years old.

About your roommates:

You would live together with two warm and uncomplicated roommates. An pleasant, harmonious, and respectful togetherness is important to us. We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared apartment for purely functional purposes)! Every now and then we cook together, watch a series, or enjoy talking about all sorts of things. At the same time, we respect that everyone also needs time for themselves.

Alice is 23 (she/her) and studies Social and Communication Sciences at the Uni Luzern. She knows which mushrooms are edible and also enjoys looking for them on a walk. Originally, she comes from Zug. Sometimes a delicious baked good from her baking hobby will pop up for you as well.

Florence is also 23 (she/her) and studies Social and Communication Sciences at the Uni Luzern. Originally she comes from Basel and therefore occasionally spends weekends there. In her free time, she likes to do pottery or go jogging.

Both always have an open ear and were always a home (Dihei) for me!
