We are looking for a female flatmate for our flatshare of 6 starting from today.
The rooms are furnished with a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and are more than 20 m2.

We are looking for a sociable person, with a smile and ready to invest themselves in our charming house. 25 to 40 years old would be ideal!

The rent is all charges included (except the TV license fee) and includes a private parking space?.. and you must count 30 chf for the ancillary costs of the house (cleaning products, toilet paper and various things for the functioning of the house)

The house is ideally located, in the absolute calm of the countryside and only 15 minutes from the station on foot.
It includes on the ground floor, an immense very well-equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a fireplace, 4 meter ceilings, and 4 immense bay windows like in the photo. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms including one with a bathtub, washing machine and dryer and 3 others on the second floor as well as a bathroom. (which makes one bathroom for 2).
