Room in a shared flat

In a spacious six-room shared apartment, we are renting a large, bright room with its own bathroom.

This apartment features various rooms and a large kitchen, which also serves as a common room.

The room is furnished and is available from 1 November 2026. The costs are CHF 910 monthly. There is the possibility to rent a parking space for CHF 70 monthly.

In addition to the rental costs, there is a one-time fee for the final cleaning of CHF 90.

The common rooms – kitchen, bathroom and hallway – are cleaned by a professional cleaning team. You are responsible for the cleaning of your own room.

The rental period is limited until spring 2028.
