Built in 2016, the apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped. It is located in a particularly pleasant residential area, north of Lausanne. Here, you can enjoy a calm and green environment while remaining very close to the city.

The shared flat
The apartment accommodates 4 flatmates, each having their own bedroom.
The common areas are designed for shared living, with a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room, and everything necessary to settle in easily.
The idea is to be able to enjoy true shared living while maintaining one's personal space and independence.

The room
The available room is a large, fully furnished single room, with private bathroom and private entrance to the common balcony.
It includes a 2.0 cm double bed, a desk, as well as a large wardrobe offering sufficient storage to settle in comfortably. All that's left is to bring your personal belongings!

A quiet neighborhood, but close to Lausanne
This is probably one of the main advantages of this shared flat: you are in an environment much calmer than the center of Lausanne, with greenery all around, without being isolated.
The center of Lausanne is accessible in approximately 15 to 20 minutes by bus.
The Rionzi bus stop is located only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. TL line 8 specifically allows you to reach Bellevaux, la Borde, Riponne, and Saint-François directly in the center of Lausanne.
It is therefore perfectly possible to live here without a car.

Daily shopping
Several supermarkets are easily accessible from the apartment.
The Lidl in Maillefer is about 10 minutes on foot. You can also find Coop and Migros about fifteen minutes on foot, as well as various small shops in the neighboring districts.
For larger shopping trips or to reach other shops, public transport also allows you to quickly head down towards Lausanne.

And if you have a car?
It is also possible to rent a parking space nearby, subject to availability.
The location is practical for quickly reaching Lausanne, but also the main road axes and the highway.
