I am looking for a new tenant for a charming studio in an attractive location in Meilen, only 50 meters from Lake Zurich.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor and is ideally suited as accommodation for weekly commuters, a second home, holiday accommodation, or as an office or quiet workspace.

Features:

• Small cooking facility with new refrigerator, microwave, induction hob
• Separate bathroom with shower and WC
• Located on the 2nd floor
• Washing machine/tumbler for shared use

Attractive location:

• Only 50 meters to Lake Zurich
• Bus stop approx. 50 meters away
• Meilen station reachable in approx. 20 minutes on foot
• Good connections to public transport

Rental price: CHF 2230.– per month including service charges

The studio offers a practical and uncomplicated living and working possibility in a beautiful location at Lake Zurich.

I look forward to hearing from interested persons who would like to take over the studio under the same rental conditions. If interested, I look forward to receiving a message with a short introduction.
