1 room apartment

In Luzern I am offering my cozy 1-room apartment with 35 m² for an apartment exchange. I am looking for a 3 to 3.5-room apartment. I am currently in my 4th month of pregnancy. Since the pregnancy was not planned, my partner and I are now looking for a larger apartment that offers enough space for the three of us. Washing machine and tumbler are used communally. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment. There is the possibility to rent a covered parking space for CHF 100.– per month. The building has a lift.
The apartment is located in the middle of the old town of Luzern. The rent is CHF 700.– per month, which is an exceptionally good price for this very central location. Directly opposite is Coop City and in about 5 minutes on foot you can reach Aldi as well as numerous other shops in the city center.
