The Vicus Hof is located on the Oltner Einkaufsstrasse (Baslerstrasse 30 and 30a) on the left side of the Aare. Newly renovated dry premises in the basement are being rented out, which are ideally suited as craft, storage, clutter, or archive rooms.
The areas vary from 6 m² to 36 m² and, depending on requirements, feature different amenities such as electricity, water connection, and WC. Access is via lift, stairs, or through the parking garage.

• Area: 6 m² to 12 m²

Room 20 – 2nd basement

• Access: Baslerstrasse 30a (lift or stairs) or through the parking garage from Römerstrasse 7
• Amenities: Electricity connection, window
• Area: approx. 36 m²
