We are looking for a successor tenant for our spacious 4.5-room apartment on the 1st floor in a quiet location in the Lorrainequartier, directly on the border to Breitenrain.
The apartment features three bedrooms, a combined living and dining room, a kitchen, as well as two bathrooms.
The smaller bathroom features a WC and a washbasin. The larger bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, WC, bathtub and a separate shower.
A special highlight is the approximately 120 m² large terrace, which belongs solely to the apartment and can be used exclusively by the residents – plenty of space for sitting, eating, playing, gardening or simply relaxing.
The situation in the house is also special: Below the apartment is a quiet company that sells bathrooms and kitchens. The business ends in the late afternoon. From approx. 5 PM, only the residents of the apartment are in the house. On the weekend, we are the only people in the house. This creates a very private and quiet atmosphere – almost like in a single-family house.
The location is ideal for everyone who likes the lively urban quarter and at the same time wants to be quickly in the greenery or at the Aare. The Aare is reachable on foot in around 4 minutes.
