3 ½ rooms attic flat

In "Sirius" you do not only live beautifully, but also sustainably: the residential buildings were constructed using ecological construction methods with recycled concrete, while the biodiversity of the surroundings is preserved. In the underground garage, there are also parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars. An own photovoltaic system and heat pump systems with 18 geothermal probes secure the energy requirements of the properties. In this way, "Sirius" makes an important contribution to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and you benefit from lower ancillary costs.

In the middle of nature and yet close to the center as well as excellently connected, you therefore enjoy all the advantages of a modern, sustainable residential dream, which came true in Kreuzlingen in spring 3033.
