The takeover is voluntary and takes place by mutual agreement.

❤️ Our personal conclusion

This apartment is truly a little home to feel good in. We had no problems at all during our entire time living here and greatly appreciated both the apartment as well as the neighborhood and the administration.

Whether as a couple, a small family, or simply for people who love plenty of space, peace, and a beautiful environment – it is wonderful to live here.
