Room in a shared flat

I (32) am looking for an uncomplicated flatmate for my cozy, furnished house in a quiet residential area in Frauenfeld.

What to expect:

• Entire house with 5 rooms, your room is unfurnished
• Private garden with space for planting, barbecuing and relaxing
• Quiet residential location, yet central: train station in 10 min. on foot (5 min. by bike)
• Shopping is easy: Coop or Denner in 5-10 min. on foot, Aldi also nearby
• Washing machine, dryer and dehumidifier in the basement
• Several parking spaces, optionally available for rent

Who I am looking for:
One person between 20 and 35 who is uncomplicated, considerate and clean. A green thumb is welcome, as the garden needs to be maintained, and I could use some support with that. Also, shared activities such as cooking, sports, excursions or movie nights would be nice, without obligation: there should also be enough space for retreat.

About me:
I am 32, grew up in Frauenfeld and work in an IT consultancy in Zürich, partly in the home office. During the week I do sports and coach pole vault once a week. On weekends I am often out with friends, but just as much enjoying a movie night at home. Every year I try my hand at vegetable cultivation, with varying degrees of success. I would be happy to have some reinforcement here. 🥕
