1 room single room

Unfortunately, I am moving out of our beautiful Aareloft shared apartment at the end of November. Therefore, we are looking for a new tenant starting from 1 December.

The apartment is very spacious with 120 m2, modernly renovated, and is located directly on the Aare. The location is quiet, green, and yet super central. The available room is approx. 20 m2, has morning sun, and an en-suite bathroom. The heart of the apartment is the large, open cooking, dining, and living area with a balcony and a wonderful view of the Aare.

What awaits you:

• Approx. 20 m2 room with morning sun and Aare view
• Private bathroom
• Spacious cooking, dining, and living area
• Large balcony with a view of the Aare
• Spectacular views of the greenery and the Aare from all windows
• Direct view of the Bärengraben
• Modern, open, and very well-equipped kitchen
• Two separate bathrooms including a bathtub
• Private laundry tower in the apartment
• Many built-in cupboards and additional storage space
• Private cellar compartment and bicycle cellar
• Only 5 minutes on foot to the 12er bus at Nydegg
• Approx. 10 minutes by bicycle to the station
• Old Town reachable in a 5-minute walk
• Quiet residential location directly on the Aare
• Rent CHF 1490 per month
• Open-ended rental contract
• You would live together with Fabian. He is 30, works as a doctor at Inselspital, and is an uncomplicated and open flatmate.

We value a relaxed shared apartment life with a good mix of shared moments and sufficient personal space. So, if you are looking for an uncomplicated shared apartment in a unique apartment directly on the Aare, it could be a good fit.

Would this be something for you? Then we look forward to hearing from you! Please get in touch for more information with a few words about yourself, who you are, and what you do.
