Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cozy shared apartment. Your room is approx. 20m2 in size and available from 2 January 2027 or by arrangement. The apartment features a separate WC with a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room, and two other rooms. Additionally, we are allowed to use the communal garden.

Location: The apartment is located in the beautiful old town, directly by Gallusplatz. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached within 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house.

WG life: We are Julia (24) and Fleur (26), a chemistry graduate and a physiotherapy student, and have been living together for 7 months. A relaxed coexistence is important to us – we enjoy chatting in the kitchen, but also respect privacy. We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes).
