Room in a shared flat

Please read carefully <3:

Rental deposit: 2 months' rent: 2274.- (but this is returned immediately after moving out!) we split the three months' rent among ourselves. Since our third roommate is moving out, 2/3 will become due again.

Lena (24) and Klara (27). We work in childcare and in cultural communication. We appreciate updating each other in the shared flat and knowing what is going on in the roommates' lives. :), as well as having a beer, coffee, or tea together sometimes. At the same time, we also very much enjoy our privacy. We value order and cleanliness and wish for people who feel the same way. We would be happy to exchange more information with you during a personal meeting.

Since we have been living in this apartment for some time, we are considering finding something new in the new year. Therefore, we are currently advertising your room on a limited basis (when we leave this apartment, we will hand over the apartment). Aaaaber - nothing is fixed yet, there is plenty of room for maneuver! Therefore, this "limited" is also just provisional for now. We do not have anything in sight so far.

We look forward to getting to know you!

Heartfelt greetings, Lena and Klara
