Room in a shared flat

Hello,

I am looking for a second person to share and enliven a magnificent 3.5-room apartment of 90m2 in la Rouvraie.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to nature, and benefits from a breathtaking view of the arc lémanique. It is spacious, bright, furnished, and has a superb balcony. The bedroom is of modest size (11m2) but benefits from a separate dressing room. Its rent is 1’050.-

It is to be shared with myself;

A rather sympathetic 37-year-old man, architect, loving the mountains, climbing, skiing, cinema, eating a good little meal, having a drink etc.
I am looking for a person in their thirties to whom these values resonate.

PM if interested so that we can organize a little visit.

Gaétan
