We are looking for a reliable and responsible person as a long-term female or male tenant for a beautiful apartment in the quiet village of Schmitten – with magnificent mountain views, plenty of privacy and without immediate neighbors.
The apartment is offered for CHF 799.– and thus below the market rent, as finding the right person for a long-term tenancy is important to us. Ideally, we are looking for a mature, employed person who is practically minded and feels comfortable with simple preventive maintenance, minor repairs, as well as garden and surroundings work if required.
All ancillary costs and consumption costs are to be borne by the tenant. Non-smokers, no vaping. No pets preferred.
