Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new female roommate for my 2-person shared apartment. The 3-room apartment is located at Kasernenplatz and features large rooms, a renovated kitchen and bathroom, as well as a balcony with a view of the Reuss and the mountains. Washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor for shared use. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment.

Briefly about me: I am W27 and prefer to spend my free time in the mountains skiing/snowboarding and hiking. I like being on the go, but also enjoy a cozy evening at home sometimes.

My future roommate should be approximately between 25-32 years old and enjoy having a shared dinner every now and then :)
