Room in a shared flat

me: Tim (26) is looking for a roommate for my 4.5 room apartment in the beautiful and quiet Schlössli Dotzigen.

The apartment is beautifully located, with an even more beautiful view, directly at the edge of the forest.

Bern as well as Biel are easily accessible by public transport.

i work as a cook in the city of Bern and in my free time I am mostly active in the kitchen and film food content there.

Room 2 could possibly soon be your safe-space.

Room 1 we could in the best case share together.

In addition, there is a spacious living room, a large sep. kitchen with dishwasher, a sep. WC and a bathroom with bathtub and own clothes dryer. An attic compartment is also available, however no cellar.
zusätzlich we also have a small priv. garden + a terrace including herb garden and seating area, which may be used by all 3 parties. Various fruit trees are also located on our land.

The current parties often eat there together or spend the day together with the dog/s + toddler.

(depending on the case/ I will have my dog at home 3 days a week + party 2 also has a dog. there are also chickens in the garden! )

i am looking for: an open, communicatively strong roommate.

Since we divide the caretaker duties between the parties, helpfulness is a big plus.

Rent: 12.0.- (incl. service charges) + arising NK/Serafe etc.

(Oil heating - is always getting more expensive, possibly the calculated NK will no longer be sufficient for 2027/2028)

such bills will be shared by the number of roommates.
