Room in a shared flat

The shared flat:
Your shared flat room comprises 12sqm with direct access to a private bathroom and dressing room and is available furnished or unfurnished (the furniture in the picture of the bedroom is no longer current). The existing equipment can be completely stowed away so that the bedroom is free for your own furniture. The shared flat with its own garden is large and requires regular maintenance work. You should be aware of this before applying. We also place great value on equal contribution to the household. The shared flat is fully equipped with everything one needs. We also have a cat living with us, and occasionally we have visits from a guard dog. In 10 minutes you are either in the forest, at the train station, or at Coop / Migros. Trams to Aarau run every 15 minutes (20 minutes journey), so you are not isolated here, even if one might initially think so of Schöftland :)

We are:
Nina (24) and Nathaly (28). When we are not working or studying, we both enjoy being in nature, meeting people, or enjoying time alone. At home, we look forward to spontaneous, shared conversations, but every now and then we also live past each other.

We are looking for:
an independent, tidy person who likes to take proactive action and does not shy away from work in and around the house. We are happy if you are up for conversations but also respect privacy. It is also important that you speak good English or Spanish. Since Nathaly is currently in the process of learning German, knowledge of one of the other languages is required for simpler communication.
