Room in a shared flat

We are Chiara and Noah. In our 3-person WG, a room will become available from 2 March 2027. Conveniently located only a few minutes on foot from Basel Breite. Because of this, we have both a Coop and a Migros directly in the neighborhood. Also, numerous public transport connections run directly from Basel Breite, and the Rhine with the Birsköpfli is also only a short walk away.
The rent amounts to 840 CHF per month incl. aconto for heating, electricity and other ancillary costs.

About us:
Chiara is 23 years old and a committed Pfadileiterin from Nidwalden. Basel is her chosen home during her nursing studies, which she started in the autumn at the FH. Chiara is a quiet, tidy and loving person who is always up for a conversation, provided you catch her before she retreats to her room at nine o'clock in the evening. On weekends she shows her other side and frequents all kinds of Drum & Bass parties until the early morning hours. She actively maintains her friendships in Nidwalden and regularly has good stories from her surroundings ready. A true joy to live with, therefore :)
Noah is 24 years old, comes from Aargau and studies medicine at the Uni. Therefore, he spends a lot of time in the Bib during the week. When he is not studying there, he is probably at Unisport or out meeting his friends. Regarding dinner, he definitely belongs to the late eaters, which is why an alarm clock alone is not enough to get him out of bed in the morning.
With his open, uncomplicated and helpful nature, Noah is a pleasant roommate with whom one enjoys spending time. He is also mostly in Basel on the weekend and therefore can be found in the WG from time to time (provided that you also stay in Basel ;))

Together we wish for a harmonious coexistence and not a Zweck-WG. It is important to us that we do not just live together, but also spend time together. For example, during a dinner at home or simply a nice conversation.
Of course, everyone should also have their own place of retreat and be able to enjoy time for themselves. Likewise, we place value on order and cleanliness in the shared rooms.
We are looking for a person approximately our age, who is looking for a long-term living situation, is interested in community and is a non-smoker.
