Ideal for those working in Lugano
One of the great advantages is the location: Valsolda allows you to reach Lugano in about 28 minutes, avoiding the most congested routes for those arriving daily from Como center or Varese.
The Valsolda customs office is generally much smoother, making the home-work commute simpler and more predictable, especially compared to the more heavily trafficked crossings.
Instead of facing long commutes every day, you can have a place of your own, new, clean and welcoming, just a few minutes from your workplace.
Designed especially for cross-border commuters
We are looking for serious, orderly people who respect common areas.
