Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a person who would like to live with me, a physician and researcher, in a relaxed 2-person shared flat. I wish for a person who is doing a PhD, working as a postdoc, or is already established in their professional life. I work a lot, am a night owl, like it when things are tidied up, appreciate considerate interaction with one another, enjoy having deep or light-hearted conversations every now and then, and knows how to appreciate both each other as well as one's own personal space.

A cleaning service every 2 weeks is included in the costs. I will only respond to inquiries that specifically address my description with a personal message.
