1 room single room

We are renting 1 cozy room (approx. 30 m2) of our spacious 5-room apartment.
The room is located on the first floor and can be reached either through the apartment or via an external staircase.
Kitchen/shower/bath (freshly renovated), as well as a sunny garden seating area for shared use.

Location
The farmhouse is located at the edge of the village, in the middle of the Emme local recreation area.
A small swimming pool is reachable on foot in 2 minutes, the train station in approx. 10 minutes.
Solothurn and Burgdorf can also be reached by train within 10 minutes.

Who we are looking for / who we are
Are you looking for a room for during the week because you work nearby and want to keep your commute shorter?
Then this could be just the right thing for you! A quiet room; the possibility to relax in nature in the evening and then be back at the train station or the A1 in a very short time.

We are female 50 and male 18. Additionally, 2 lively cats belong to our household.
