The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything your heart desires:

• Highlights: Own washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment.

Rottenschwil offers a perfect combination of rural idyll and good connections:

• Pure nature: The Reuss and the beautiful Flachsee nature reserve are only a few minutes' walk away – ideal for jogging, walks, or bike tours.
• Public transport & traffic: The bus stop is reachable within 30m on foot. Good connections to Bremgarten, Wohlen, or towards Zürich/Zug.
• Shopping: Shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the neighboring villages and are quickly reachable.

Looking for a working person who appreciates harmonious, quiet, and clean coexistence. Since I work myself, a pleasant atmosphere during the week is important to me. I enjoy sitting together for a coffee sometimes, but also respect individual privacy. If you are tidy, open, and reliable, you fit perfectly with me.
Rent: CHF 1'050.- incl. service charges (incl. internet/electricity)

• Parking space: A parking space can be rented separately.
• Shared flat rules: In the entire apartment, there is a strict prohibition of alcohol (a beer from large quantities, or a glass of wine does no harm), cigarettes (smoking) and drugs. I place great value on a healthy and clean lifestyle.
• Deposit: 1 month's rent (CHF 1'050)
