Who lives here?

I am Xavier, 40 years old, self-employed and father of two lively girls. Louise and Charlotte are with me every second week. They bring life and good mood into the house, but have their own area on the second floor, so that there is enough privacy for everyone.
In addition, Xenia lives here, who is in her thirties. She likes making music and, just like me, likes to go climbing.
In my free time, I like to meet friends, go climbing, am out in the mountains, go on bike tours or work in the garden.
Your future room is located in a quiet part of the house and offers ideal conditions for studying, working or simply relaxing.
Respectful, uncomplicated and sociable coexistence is important to us, where everyone feels comfortable and at the same time has enough personal space.
