Parking nearby
Residents can subscribe to a communal inter-parking pass for CHF 60/month, in addition to the rent. It allows for parking without time limits in the relevant paid parking lots in Lutry, notably at the La Possession underground parking, about a one-minute walk away. The subscription does not include a reserved space.

CHF 1920 rent + CHF 200 flat-rate charges.

Lease takeover on 1 December 2026, under current conditions and subject to the acceptance of the application by the owner.
