Located in Chaudron, the apartment is on the third floor (elevator up to the first floor) and presents its old-world charm: high ceilings, built-in wardrobes in each room, stained glass windows in the entrance hall. At the same time, all the advantages of the city center are present:

The apartment consists of 3 rooms: a spacious living room with a large table that can easily accommodate people for a dinner, aperitif or game night. A small balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is relatively spacious, recently renovated with plenty of storage space, without a dishwasher. Bathroom and toilets are separate. Washing machine in the apartment, possibility to also use the common laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Two bedrooms: mine which overlooks the side of avenue de Beaulieu and yours which overlooks the inner courtyard.

The available bedroom:
The bedroom is approximately 5m2 and overlooks the inner courtyard which guarantees quiet nights even in the city center. It is also the room that stays the coolest during the summer (west exposure) and welcomes the sun in the afternoon during the winter.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but already has a built-in wardrobe. With a double bed (2.0x200cm), there is room left for a chest of drawers or small table. A bunk bed or mezzanine bed could also be considered to make better use of the space.

Price and practical info:
The rent is 960 fr per month and you should count approximately 20 CHF/month for internet.
Other costs: electricity (approx. 50fr every 3 months), TV license (50fr/year), household/fire insurance (60fr/year)

You will share the apartment with a young professional (29 years old), who works in teaching and research. Passionate about dance and music (South American vibes at the moment), cooking, spontaneous aperitifs, discussions where one remakes the world, but also quiet moments of reading, yoga, drawing. I speak French, German, English, Bulgarian and am quite keen on a helping hand to learn Spanish :)
