Room in a shared flat

Limited term 01.01.2027-31.03.2037

I am renting out my furnished shared apartment room for a limited period of 3 months. The room is 2-storey with a gallery and features a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, which is accessed via the room.

In addition to the spacious shared apartment room, there is a large, charming, communal living area (kitchen, living room, winter garden, garden, cellar).

To the bus stop it is 3 min, to Wädenswil station by bus 9 min.

Alternatively, Au station is reachable in 13 minutes on foot.

The ZHAW is easily reachable in 20-30 min with public transport, depending on the campus.

Apart from me (f), 4 guys between 23-37 years old live in the shared apartment. Two of them study at the ZHAW and two work. Generally, we maintain a very uncomplicated relationship. Everyone pursues their own activities, but we also enjoy spending time together. For communal life to work, we rely on order being maintained and everyone making their contribution with chores.

Pets are not allowed.
Couples will not be considered.
