From here, you have direct access to the sunny balcony, which invites you to linger with a beautiful, unobstructed view. A spacious storage compartment on the balcony offers additional storage space.

If required, individual smaller pieces of furniture, such as the clothes rails or the dressing table, can be stored in the cellar. This allows the furnishing to be made somewhat more individual by arrangement.

Move-in is possible by arrangement, at the latest by 1. January 2027.
The tenancy is initially limited until 15. February 2028. However, by arrangement, there is the possibility to subsequently take over the apartment completely and continue the tenancy long-term.

The apartment also impresses with its central and yet pleasant location. The train station with the S-Bahn lines S12 and S33 as well as bus connections to the surrounding villages is reachable within a few minutes' walk.
