3 ½ rooms apartment

Hello everyone,
Since I am away, I would like to sublet my spacious & bright 3-room attic apartment (6th floor) in der Breite (near Rhyybadhüsli ;) from the beginning of October until the beginning of June 2027 (extension possibly possible).
The apartment features a large living room with a semi-open kitchen, a large bedroom as well as a smaller bedroom/office room. It is furnished and fully equipped; if required, I can also remove the furniture. We have a large, sunny balcony and a second, smaller one facing the courtyard.
With the tram or bus, you are in the city in 10 minutes, with the bike in 5. Coop/Migros and pharmacy are right around the corner; on Saturday there is a great weekly market ◡̈
The rent is 2100.-
