We are Anja & Joe and are going traveling for a few months. Therefore, we are renting out our beautiful room in our modern new-build apartment in Kriens for sublet.

1. December 2026 to 8. April 2027

CHF 1'300. per month

The apartment is located on the 7th floor and offers a wonderful view of the mountains and the city lights thanks to the large window fronts. It is a new building with first occupancy in January 2026, so everything is still very new and modern. A special highlight is the balcony with a beautiful mountain view and cozy sun loungers—perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing after an active day.

YOUR ROOM

The room is approx. 15 m² in size and features a large 180cm bed as well as a spacious wardrobe. You have your own room and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located directly in the apartment.

THE APARTMENT AND LIVING TOGETHER

A spacious, bright living area with a modern kitchen and plenty of space to feel at home awaits you. You will share the communal rooms with Dominik, who will be living in the apartment during our trip.

We are looking for someone who enjoys modern living, takes care of the apartment and the materials, and is interested in meeting nice new roommates. Age does not matter to us. What is important to us above all is reliability, friendliness, and respectful interaction with people and the apartment. Cleanliness and order are also important to us. We are not a party WG, but of course, nothing speaks against a cozy get-together or a glass of wine every now and then.

WHO WE ARE

We are Anja & Joe, both in our 30s, and will be traveling during this time. Dominik, with whom you will be living, is also in his 30s, is currently studying business psychology, and works 60% on the side. We have been living together for several years and are an uncomplicated, relaxed WG.

We generally like being outdoors and are athletically active, whether hiking, cycling, or other outdoor activities. At the same time, we also enjoy being cozy at home after an active day and using the apartment as a retreat.

THE LOCATION

The apartment is located directly by the Kriens Mattenhof station. Shopping facilities and leisure activities are easily accessible on foot.

• At the foot of Pilatus and other mountains
• Perfect starting point for hikes and outdoor sports
• Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity
