Room in a shared flat

In Urdorf in a central quiet location, I am looking for a replacement tenant for a shared flat room.
The room is approx. 16.5 m2 in size. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is used by 3 flatmates.
Available for shared use are:

• Kitchen with dining area
• Refrigerator
• Washing machine/tumbler
• Shower and WC

The two other residents are uncomplicated men of middle age.
Everyone leads their own life.
Due to different working hours and professional activities, it is rather a quiet and independent shared flat.
Very practical location:
The nearest bus stop is reachable in 2 minutes on foot.
Shopping facilities as well as further public transport are located within around 10 minutes.
Only interested parties who can provide an extract from the debt enforcement register can be considered.
