Room in a shared flat

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Marzili and the Aare.
It is a 25-minute walk to the train station and the city center, and various shopping facilities are available in the vicinity.

The room is approx. 8 m2 in size and is located in our 4-person shared apartment with a large living room, new kitchen and a large, cozy balcony with a lounge.
The apartment is distributed over 3 half-floors. At the entrance, there are 2 rooms (yours) and a WC. On the 2nd floor are the kitchen, the living room and the balcony, and at the top are again 2 rooms and a large bathroom with a shower. The bathrooms as well as the kitchen were renovated a few years ago. Pets are not allowed.
From your room, you have a direct view of the Bundeshaus.

We are looking for a flatmate who is interested in an uncomplicated and sociable coexistence in the middle of the city of Bern.

We are four people (2w and 2m) between the ages of 29 and 36, all employed and/or in training. We enjoy playing board games, occasionally doing something together or organizing a cozy shared apartment dinner. However, we also enjoy our personal space.
