1 room single room

A cozy shared apartment room is available for rent in a bright, spacious, and beautifully furnished apartment directly on Lake Zurich. The room features its own wet room with a shower, washbasin, and mirror cabinet, as well as a private seating area with space for plants and gardening. You can reach the lake easily on foot, and shopping facilities are located in the village. The apartment is furnished; the kitchen and toilet are shared. I am Mahalia, 28 years old, athletic, open, and positive. I partly work from home and am regularly traveling for both work and private reasons. I am looking for a sympathetic, reliable female flatmate for whom uncomplicated coexistence, open communication, and mutual respect are important. Everyone should feel comfortable and have enough personal space. Move-in from 1. December 2026. I look forward to meeting you!
