2 ½ room apartment

I am subletting my 2½-room apartment in the new development «Im Lindenpark» in Kloten because I am going abroad for work. Following consultation with the administration, there is the option to take over the apartment with your own rental contract afterwards.

A few minutes' walk from Kloten station. Zürich HB and the airport are very quickly reachable. Shopping facilities are located directly nearby.

Furniture
The apartment can be handed over completely furnished: sofa, dining table with bar stools, TV, double bed, nightstands, desk and kitchen equipment. You can move in with just a suitcase. Alternatively, I can hand it over unfurnished. The furniture can also be purchased in full or individually, the price is subject to agreement.

Conditions

• Move-in: flexible, at the latest 1. January 2027
• Subletting until 31. July 2027, afterwards option for takeover
• Furnished: CHF 1'880 net + CHF 150 NK = CHF 2'030 per month
• Unfurnished: upon interest
• Electricity according to actual consumption
• For 1 person, non-smoker, no pets
