Room in a shared flat

In our old building apartment, the following rooms are available for rent from November 2026 or by arrangement:

Room 1: 16m2, this room used to be my favorite room - this ambiance can hardly be described in words. The current tenant is moving out after almost 4 years. The room will also be newly equipped. The windows lead to the terrace as well as to the arbor. Price CHF 1000 incl. utilities and cleaning lady for the common areas.

Room 3: 23m2, the advantage of this room is clearly its 3 meter (!) high ceiling. This room can also be very easily divided into a small 2-room apartment using a room divider. It is equipped with a bed (incl. duvet, pillow and bed linen), a sofa, designer lamps, table and chair as well as dark blue curtains. Price CHF 1200 incl. utilities and cleaning lady for the common areas.

Details about the roommates are available upon request. The current roommates have a good relationship with each other, but also value their privacy. It is not a party WG.

1st Floor: On the 1st floor, Room 1 & 2 are located next to each other. Room 3 is located opposite and is separated by a 26m2 corridor. Also on the 1st floor is the bathroom (with bathtub, WC, washbasin), a free-standing additional washbasin in the hallway, as well as the cozy arbor (covered balcony of 20m2). Two additional rooms are also intentionally not rented. The living quality is to be kept high through this.

2nd Floor: Via a short staircase, you reach the 2nd floor, which contains the 4th room, the modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator) with a spacious dining area, which is equipped with an extendable corner table (18m2). Furthermore, in the rear area, there are two interconnected rooms without daylight (9+18m2) as well as the laundry room (12m2). One room is used as a game room, the second as a storage and disposal room.

The apartment is furnished. The laundry room is available for the exclusive use of the 4 residents.

Also included in the rental price is the professional cleaning of the entire area used in common. Should a room also be cleaned, this is possible by arrangement and for a small additional charge.

The apartment is located very centrally. The bus stop is 70m away. The train station can be reached by bus in two stops. The train (S6) runs every fifteen minutes and arrives at Zürich HB in 20 minutes. Due to its new windows, the apartment is pleasantly quiet despite its central location. There are commercial rooms on the ground floor. The apartment is the only one in the entire building.

A parking space and garage can be rented within walking distance, subject to availability.

We would be happy to have lively roommates who appreciate both active living together and a retreat oasis.

The minimum rental period is 1 year. The rental deposit is 3 months' rent. The rooms are only rented to 1 single person each.
