5 ½ rooms single house

From February 27, the large Baschärhofhaus can be rented. The large house was built in 1820 by the Kloster Pfäfers. In 2013, we modernized and renovated the interior. All windows are as good as new.
It offers plenty of space with the large double parlor, the kitchen-cum-living room, the many bedrooms, storage rooms, and the two additional heated rooms in the attic. The house is heated with a modern wood chip heating system. A large garden with a seating area belongs to the house. It has two parking spaces for cars. The property is very well suited for a nature-loving family with children (school bus) or also as a shared apartment (WG).
Since many animals already live on our farm, no additional dogs or cats can be kept.
We are happy to provide further information by telephone.
