We’re moving out of our lovely apartment at Waldeggweg 2a, 8302 Kloten, and are looking for someone to take over our lease.

Please only apply if you can take over the lease from 1 December 2026 and would like to buy our furniture as a package.

The apartment
The apartment has a separate bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a bathroom. Most of our furniture is in very good condition, and we’re offering it together at a discounted price.

The building and location
One of the things we’ve loved most about living here is having a swimming pool, gym, squash court, library and guest room right in the building. The woods are also close by for a walk or a run.

• Kloten Balsberg train station · 11 minutes away, with direct trains to Zürich HB
• Zurich Airport · about 5 minutes away

Viewings and application
Viewings will take place on Tuesday, 10 November, and Wednesday, 11 November. We can only confirm a viewing once we’ve received both of the following documents:

• A recent debt enforcement register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug)
• Proof of income

You’ll receive the application form after the viewing. Please fill it out in full so the agency can process your application promptly.

The building and location
What we particularly like about Milano Kloten is the range of facilities directly in the building. A swimming pool, a fitness room, a squash court, a library, and a guest room are available to you. The forest is very close by and ideal for walking or jogging.
