About the apartment
The modern, bright 4.5-room apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Krokodil building at Dialogplatz, in the middle of Winterthur and yet pleasantly quiet. Highlights are the approximately 20 m² south-facing balcony with plenty of sun and a beautiful view over the rooftops of the city, as well as the open, top-equipped kitchen.

About me & who I am looking for
I am Ruben, 34, open, uncomplicated and enjoy being around people, but I value my peace and personal space just as much. In my free time, I do a lot of sports, enjoy being outdoors in nature, travel a lot and am almost always up for something spontaneous.
I work in a physiotherapy practice in Winterthur and am also doing two training programs to become a medical masseur and a vocational school teacher in Zürich. Therefore, I am mostly on the go during the day during the week and also away quite often on the weekend.
After two lovely shared years, my previous flatmate moved away for professional reasons. Now I am looking forward to someone with whom living together will be just as pleasant and uncomplicated.
I wish for a relaxed two-person flatshare again, where everyone has their own space, but you also do something together occasionally. I would find it nice to cook together every now and then, have a coffee, chat or sit on the balcony with a glass of wine. All very informal and without obligations.
You are ideally between 24 and 40, open, independent and uncomplicated. Whether man or woman does not matter to me, the main thing is that the chemistry is right. Order and cleanliness are important to me, but I am not picky.

About the room & living together
Your room is approx. 14 m² and furnished: bed, desk and built-in wardrobes are provided, you can design the rest according to your taste. This includes your own, approx. 7 m² bathroom with a walk-in shower, which you have all to yourself.
All utility costs as well as a cleaning lady, who comes by every two weeks on Tuesday, are included in the rental price.
I occasionally use a separate room as a massage practice, however only about 2 to 4 hours per week.
The room is available immediately, but moving in in a few months is equally possible. More important to me is that we get along well and that it fits personally. Therefore, I am happy to take the time to find the right flatmate.
