Hello,

I am male, live on the 1st floor of a charming house in Flawil and am looking for new roommates starting immediately. There are three bright rooms available, ideal for anyone looking for a quiet, central shared apartment.

The rooms are approx. 20 m², with plenty of daylight and partly sloped ceilings. Each room has a wood-look vinyl floor; there is a shared bathroom/WC on the floor. In the anteroom, which can be used communally, there is a small kitchenette with a shared refrigerator. A laundry room is located in the basement for shared use.

The location is very central. 2 minutes to the train station. Migros, Coop, Denner, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants: everything is right around the corner. Flawil itself is quiet, well-connected, and pleasant for living.

I am looking for and would be happy to have roommates who are
friendly and uncomplicated,
