Room in a shared flat

2 rooms will be available in a shared apartment of 4 people, from the 2st December indefinitely.
The flat is located just below Beaulieu (near the climbing gym and theater), in a very convenient area:

• 5 minutes from a large shopping center (Migros, Coop, pharmacy, etc.)
• 20 minutes (walk or bus) from Chauderon and Vigie
• 25 minutes walk from the Flixbus station
• 25 minutes walk from Lausanne train station

We prioritise PhD students from EPFL/UNIL and young workers to maintain a similar lifestyle and atmosphere in the flat. We will also need your last 3 payslips to renew the contract wit the agency.

Room 2: around 8.6 m2 (see picture), CHF 675/month
Room 2: around 9.5 m2 (see picture), CHF 970/month

Both rents include already :

• Cleaning service of common spaces every two weeks
• Electricity, water, insurance and WiFi
• Shared essentials (spices, olive oil, toilet paper, etc.)

Furniture of the room can be included or not, upon agreement.
