We are renting a beautiful Art Nouveau apartment in the western Rosenberg area. A garage on the property can be rented additionally if required.
The house is listed in the municipal register of protected buildings. The apartment impresses with its special charm and is equipped with herringbone parquet in the bedrooms and the living room. Two bay windows and a small balcony give it additional character. In addition, the apartment has a separate storage room.
In the living room, a Swedish stove ensures a cozy atmosphere.
The location is central and excellently connected, but at the same time offers some distance from the urban hustle and bustle. The motorway entrance to the A1 is reachable in just three minutes, and the train station is only a three-minute walk away.
